"Following a period of frustration and disillusionment with local agencies, the move to using HEADS has been a breath of fresh air. Using other agencies actually added to my workload rather than reducing it. Queries with timesheets and invoicing were ongoing, lack of communication between local branches and their head offices added to these problems. There was also a lack of interest of interest in both our company and their temporary workers once people had been placed leaving them very short of their sales pitch.
